The world championships of a brand new sport
Discover tiddlyducks, or duckywinks, with an inaugural tournament at a Tardebigge pub. Competitors attempt to flick their ducks in to as high scoring areas as they can.
Landlord Adrian Stone says the idea for the championships began after plans for a duck shoot, firing water pistols at rubber ducks, fell through when the rubber ducks ordered turned out much smaller than originally envisioned.
As a regular host of tiddlywinks tournaments, he says the step was natural. However, after receiving comments about poor quality prizes in the past, the prize for this tournament will be a pair of duck-branded pants.
