From Hereford Sixth Form to the Atlantic Ocean
Adam Rowatt is battling huge waves, blisters and hallucinations in The World's Toughest Row. With his friend Jamie, the 25-year-old is raising money for three charities in their 3,000 mile transatlantic challenge.
Adam is a former Hereford Sixth Form College student and tells Elliott Webb how their gruelling challenge has been tough, but they've kept their cool and are enjoying the peaceful conditions, even at night, when they are rowing in near pitch black conditions.
