'My door is featured in Hamnet'

The wooden door of The Wobbly Badger Café in Weobley features in a number of shots in the critically-acclaimed film.

Owner Hannah Richards says it was surreal to have a 300 strong crew in the Herefordshire village, which became decorated with blue screens when stars including Paul Mescal and Jessie Buckley were filming.

Penelope Harvey lives in the town and landed a role as an extra. She tells Tammy Gooding how she ended up filming at a farm near Whitney-on-Wye and was mesmerised seeing how director Chloé Zhao would talk to the cast to bring her vision to life.
