'Play Plan' to create accessible play spaces across the island
In December, the Government of Jersey launched the 'Jersey Play Plan', designed to protect every child's right to rest, relax and play — and to make the island a more youth-friendly place to grow up.
Our reporter, Emma-Jayne Blackman spoke to Assistant Minister for Children and Families, Deputy Malcom Ferey, about why this scheme is so important.
