Restaurateur Brontë Aurell: ‘London isn’t going to change for you’
This Listed Londoner tells Robert Elms why she chose to accept the city on its own terms.
Brontë Aurell is the Danish-born founder of ‘ScandiKitchen’ - a cafe, deli and cultural hub in Fitzrovia.
She opened ‘ScandiKitchen’ in 2007 with her Swedish husband, Jonas, and since then has become one of the UK’s most recognised voices on Scandinavian cuisine and culture.
In 2017 Bronte began writing cookbooks with themes including Midsommar, Smorrebrod, and Scandinavian Christmas.
