Houchen: Town guards could have 'positive impact'

Tees Valley Mayor Ben Houchen was quizzed about new town guards potentially being introduced into Middlesbrough in the Hot Seat with Amy Oakden.

We approached Cleveland Police who say they don’t want to comment any further on the issue of street police and refer again to the open letter sent out by the Chief Constable back in December.
