'It was like something from a film'

Paul Storey was on his narrowboat as the edge of the canal in Whitchurch gave way, opening up a giant hole. Paul said "it happened in minutes..it was scary to watch". Following advice from the police, Paul has returned to his boat even though it's sitting on the bottom of the canal.
