Malvern's one-of-a-kind nativity
Harry Potter and Batman are even part of the display in Great Malvern Priory, which features over 2,000 wooden pegs, painted by members of the public.
Vicar Roger Latham and Curate Philippa Lowe tell Emma Davies how they've seen so many people get actively involved in the celebrations, with queues expected to last until January.
Local Scout groups and bell-ringers feature in the display, with the latter group creating a working bell for the occasion!
