Lincolnshire bodybuilder wins world title debut

Donald Sweeting from Grantham tells us what it takes to become a world champion. The 34-year-old won the WNBF Amateur World Championships in Los Angeles on his first attempt. He triumphed in the Bantamweight division of the natural bodybuilding contest, beating 250 competitors.
