Just for a moment

Remembering the legend, Katy Lane. In 1973 Ronnie Lane left The Faces at the height of their fame in favour of the quiet life amongst the Shropshire hills, except it wasn't that quiet! Ronnie bough Fishpool Farm in the village of Hyssington close to Bishops Castle the love of his life, Katy. Ronnie and his famous friends like Eric Clapton "fell under the spell of it" she explained. Katy made Shropshire her home and has been part of the fabric of the county ever since, bringing a bit of stardust and mischief to her adopted home.

Katy spoke to the BBC's Johnty O'Donnell in 2016 about her incredible life.
