Man has £9000 contract cancelled for flying flags

Tree surgeon Billy Cotty put up around 300 national flags near Royston. A parish council in Cambridgeshire, who has used him for tree work for around a decade, has now cancelled his contract because it says it needs to remain politically neutral.
