The country's best burger: Made in Hereford
The Burger Shop brought home the Best Independent Burger prize and was recognised for 'excellence' in the People's Choice category at the British Burger Awards.
The Hereford store, which also has a branch in Worcester, served up its dry-aged Herefordshire beef patty with homemade dill pickles and smoked mustard mayo alongside locally-sourced Stokes ketchup and brioche buns from Peter Cooks Bread.
Dorian Kirk runs the businesses 'A Rule of Tum' or ART with his brother Edwin and tells Elliott Webb how they've got lofty ambitions to take The Burger Shop to Birmingham.
