Walking through Brontë Country (2008)
In this clip from Radio 4's Ramblings, Clare Balding discovers the serenity of the Brontë falls.
This winter, Bradford hosts "Hardy and Free", a major outdoor photography exhibition by Carolyn Mendelsohn celebrating connections between the landscapes of Yorkshire and extraordinary local women.
The project was originally commissioned in 2023 by the Brontë Parsonage Museum, inspired by the Brontës’ own relationship with the land around Haworth.
