No planning permission, no summerhouse!

Andrew Causley lives in Alphington in Exeter.
His summer house was a replacement for a children's Wendy House that had stood on the same spot for 23 years.
But now Exeter City Council has told him it has to come down after rejecting Andrew's planning application.
