Cumbria surprised by rainfall

Deluge caught people by surprise as roads and homes flooded in parts of county. Alan Goodman told Mike Zeller why the Met Office in the North West issued a yellow warning only hours before the rain arrived. But cold and dry weather is on the way next week.
