Witham family ‘stress‘ over eviction

An Essex couple with a disabled child have described the stress of being served with an eviction notice, under a law that will soon be changed. Francesca has lived with her family in a rented house in Witham for the past five years, but they are having to leave their home without knowing why.

The government is preparing to ban Section 21 "no-fault" evictions as part of the new Renters' Rights Bill, which is in the final stages of being passed by Parliament.
