Restart a Heart: Could You Do It?

Members of the public perform CPR every year, saving thousands of lives.

With that in mind, BBC Radio Merseyside has teamed up with the North West Ambulance Service to offer 30-minute CPR workshops as part of national Restart a Heart Day.

The free Save a Life in Half an Hour sessions take place throughout the day next Thursday, the 16th of October.
