Portishead mum: It’s a miracle I’m here

Heidi was given 12 months to live in 2015 after being diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer while pregnant – she’s still alive 10 years later but sadly lost her child. She’s now facing her next challenge as she has to have a liver transplant.

She spoke to BBC Radio Bristol’s John Darvall.
