Massive delay to roll out of food waste recycling

We live in a world where sustainability has become more and more important and we all do our best to care for our planet.

One thing we all do regularly is recycling at home.

Now, the government has told councils they need to introduce a new weekly waste collection specifically for food waste, but it hasn't been all plain sailing.
