Author Heather Morris found herself in Jersey to uncover the story of a remarkable woman.
Friday 15th August 2025 marks the 80th anniversary of VJ Day, and Heather tells the story of women held in a camp in Indonesia by the Japanese soldiers.
One of those women was Norah Chambers, a survivor who went on to live in Jersey.
Alison Moss discusses Heather's research into Norah and the subsequent book that she wrote - 'Sisters Under the Sun'.
