'It's absolutely brilliant - I can breathe again'
A Leicester man who had a double lung transplant is making the most of life and is even back on the dance floor.
John Canning was diagnosed with COPD - Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease - in 2008. The condition got so bad for John that it severely affected his ability to breathe.
John was offered a double lung transplant and spent 10 hours in the operating theatre - the life-saving operation has given him a new zest for life.
John and his wife Catherine have been talking to BBC Leicester's Ady Dayman.
