The Sunderland Brothers taking the fitness world by storm

22 year old Nathan and 18 year old Josh Bland run SR1 Fitness in Sunderland. You might recognise Nathan as a current contender on Gladiators and Josh has just come back from Miami where he competed in a global CrossFit competition.
