Work to preserve ruins of Nine Days' Queen's home
Conservation work has started on a project to protect the ruins of Bradgate House and Chapel in Leicestershire's Bradgate Park.
It's the first time since the building was opened to the public in 1930,that large scale work has been done on the former home of Lady Jane Grey, known as England's Nine Days' Queen.
The first phase of the project, which will cost almost £200,000 will be used to repair the windows, stone and mortar of the building.
Director of the Bradgate Park Trust James Dymond spoke to BBC Leicester's Kelly Hinch.
