The new Knife Angel

The British Ironworks Centre in Oswestry has started work on a new project: an anti-domestic violence sculpture made entirely out of old police handcuffs. The centre's founder, Clive Knowles, told BBC Radio Shropshire's Ellen Knight it would be great to emulate the size and impact of the 27ft-tall Knife Angel.
