Make a Difference Awards: Bravery

Millie was just 16 days old when she was diagnosed with bilateral hip dysplasia which affects her mobility. Not long afterwards, Millie was also diagnosed with a rare condition known as Perthes. It affects 1 in 10,000 children of which 1 in 5 are girls. As a result of her condition, Millie is unable to do activities most children can, including trampolining and soft play.
