Bournemouth mum homeless after no-fault eviction
In 2023, Chloe Bloomer found herself on the sharp end of a Section 21 no-fault eviction notice, leaving her and her two daughters homeless. They were evicted from their home after Chloe raised concerns about mould and damp in the property.
After finding herself homeless, Chloe was supported by the Homeless Partnership BCP - an alliance of more than 45 local organisations working together to try to end homelessness in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area.
One of those organisations is Citizens Advice, who supported Chloe and her family until they found a private rental property.
