What next for the Worcester Cathedral ferry?
The founder of the famous ferry at Worcester Cathedral, ‘Doris’, is retiring after 41 years at the helm. Mark Glossop first volunteered to run and row passengers back in the 1980s!
The ferry has been an institution for over 600 years, across the River Severn, and Elliott Webb has been to find out how Mark salvaged the legendary vessel in the first place.
