The Flixborough Disaster - 50 years on
28 people were killed in an explosion at the Flixborough Npyro plant on the 1st June 1974.
At the time, it became Britain's worst industrial accident and the biggest explosion since the second world war.
James Piekos speaks to people who recall the disaster, as well as archive audio from the time.
