Vital seconds count - Humber Rescue blocked by BMW

Humber Rescue is urging people not to park in front of their base at Hessle Foreshore after they struggled to get their tractor out to an emergency call over the weekend. They posted a picture of a white BMW parked close to the doors of their base which they said delayed them by several minutes.
