Fly-tipper's vehicle is crushed as a warning

A vehicle which was involved in fly-tipping in South Derbyshire has been seized by council officers and crushed as a deterrent to others. Matt Holford from South Derbyshire District Council has been speaking to BBC Radio Derby's Andy Twigge.
