The Norfolk Foodbank ‘feeding the 5000’
45% of people in Great Yarmouth are living in ‘food insecurity’. It means living with no idea where the next meal is coming from. Through research by the University of Leeds, Great Yarmouth has been ranked 39th out of 343 council areas highlighted as being at most risk and in need. Andrew Turner met Anna Price from the foodbank St Mary Magdalene Church in Gorleston to see how they are helping.
