Thousands take part in Leicester 10k event
Thousands of athletes took to the roads of Leicester on Sunday for the city's 10k race.
Many were running to raise money for charity, some to challenge themselves, but it has also become an important fixture in the racing calendar. Leicestershire athlete Gemma Steele won the women's race.
Kevin Ncube spoke to some of the runners - including BBC Radio Leicester's Ady Dayman - at the finish line in Jubilee Square.
