'Pioneering' running group in Hereford

They only started last month, but already have hundreds of followers! Get to know the team behind 'Girls That Run Hereford', uniting women in keeping fit and staying safe.

Lillian Istance, Morgan Miles and Helen Massey tell our reporter Kalpana Boodhoo how, especially during winter months and darker nights, they are 'what Hereford needs' in all weathers, even for runners coming alone.
