What's it like to compete in a 100 kilometre Ultra race?

Over the weekend Market Harborough held its first Ultra races.

What's an Ultra race? It's a 100km and 50km race through the beautiful countryside and villages that surround Market Harborough - seeing runners traverse the Harborough Round long distance footpath which weaves its way through Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.

Ryan Bevan is one of the brave people who took part and he has been telling BBC Radio Leicester's Ben Jackson about how the weekend's race went for him.
