Fitness to drive notifications rise
The DVLA says there's been a rise in the number of people reporting driving concerns. Figures obtained by the BBC show that between 2018 and last year, the number of 'fitness to drive notifications' went from just under twenty-two-thousand to nearly fifty-thousand.
But is this a sign of a more responsible society, or an indication that the current system isn’t fit for purpose?
Emily Unia reports on the growing issue of drivers who shouldn't be on the roads.
