Mayor: Coventry's gigafactory "will happen"

Coventry's Gigafactory site is one of six levelling up zones in the West Midlands. It's part of a wider £1.6bn investment to the region and means the site will have 25-year business rates retention to drive further investment. The Mayor of the West Midlands Andy Street told BBC CWR he's confident this will help move the project along quicker.
