Coventry City of Culture Trust labelled "incompetent"

Coventry City of Culture Trust was labelled "incompetent" by Conservative group leader Cllr Gary Ridley during a meeting of Coventry City Council.
But Labour councillors defended the legacy of the city's year as City of Culture despite financial issues posing a threat the the future of the Trust and its planned three year legacy programme.
