Shepshed cricketers come together to improve club facilities

Shepshed Cricket Club was formed when the two major clubs in the town, Shepshed Messengers and Shepshed Town Cricket Club, decided to amalgamate in the interests of efficiency and practicality.

Since then they've been working hard raising money to reburbish the clubhouse and changing rooms at their Morley Lane HQ.

Club Treasurer Julie Rayson-Flynn tells Ben Jackson how the community has pulled together to help the club.
