ULEZ Expansion - One Redhill charity's dilemma

The Ultra Low Emission zone or ULEZ as it's known is due to be expanded across Greater London in August.

It's going to have an impact for those living and working in Surrey's neighbouring boroughs - Redhill charity "Us in a Bus" says it needs to find a sensible and economic solution or it faces having to stop serving clients in London.
