Coventry councillors stage walk out after Wasps bailout debate row

Conservative councillors walked out of a full council meeting after a motion to debate council involvement in Wasps bailout talks was blocked by Labour lord mayor Cllr Kevin Maton - despite legal advice the motion was constitutionally sound.
