Could fishing be prescribed on the NHS?
Fishing could be prescribed on the NHS to help people deal with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
It's part of an ongoing trial in Essex.
BBC Essex speaks to Steve Johnston who was prescribed fishing to help with his PTSD, as well as Dr Mark Wheeler, a chartered psychologist and the founder of PTSD Essex.
