Manning Coventry road closure costs £200,000

The partial closure of a 100-metre stretch of road next to Coventry City Council House has cost almost £200,000 of public money. BBC CWR has discovered it has cost £196,118.31 to enforce restrictions at each end of High Street in the city centre over the past two years.
