"I'm not going to be retiring - it's not going to happen."

Debbie from Chelmsford tells BBC Essex that she will have to keep working past her retirement age in order to keep paying her rent and other bills.

It comes as housing charity Shelter conducts a survey of 2,000 renters and found that more than a quarter of over-55s are behind on their rent or struggling to pay.
