BBC Local Radio Changes: 'There are difficult choices'

The plan involves cutting back on the number of local shows, with BBC Radio WM sharing evening and weekend programmes with other parts of the Midlands, plus a national late show is proposed too as the BBC says it wants to focus more of its spending on digital and online content.
