Ukrainian welcome for Rugby's Christmas

The Ukrainian community will be turning on the Christmas lights in Rugby. The event will take place on Sunday November 20th in the town centre. It'll be hosted by BBC CWR reporter and presenter Dan Sambell, who has all the information you need.
