"I was in a really bad place - now I'm happy again."
Essex singer Olly Murs is back after a four-year music hiatus with a brand new single and a refreshed outlook on life.
From X-Factor contestant to global pop star and coach on The Voice, Olly's career has seen some incredible highs but also some difficult times.
The Witham singer tells BBC Essex's Sonia Watson how the last year in particular put him "in a really bad place", but he's emerged feeling healthier and energised as he releases new material and unveils plans for a UK tour.
