Council tax increases and cuts considered as energy crisis hits local authorities
Research by BBC CWR has found councils on our patch are forecasting energy cost increases of up to 300 per cent.
In Coventry, the council has forecast an increase in energy costs of £3million this financial year.
Cllr Richard Brown, cabinet member for finance at Coventry City Council, tells BBC CWR's Political Reporter, Simon Gilbert, every option is being considered as the council faces huge financial pressures.
