Dean has an early start for the Royal Mail flight, which provides a vital role in delivering post to the Scottish islands. Even better for Dean is that he gets to enjoy some fishing in between flights, although it’s not quite as warm as his home of Mauritius!

Engineer Sara undertakes the most important job of her career: the conversion of one of the airline's planes into an air ambulance. There is a patient waiting to be transported first thing in the morning, so she is against the clock to get it done in time.

Meanwhile, Jenna gets to grips with a new aircraft, then heads to Aberdeen with cabin crew pal Cass for a day of high-pressure fire safety training.
