Volunteers are needed at police station custody suites
The Warwickshire Police and Crime Commissioner is calling on people to apply for roles within police station custody suites. They will help to ensure detainees have got their rights and are being treated humanely and also check that the cells are up to scratch. The volunteers work in pairs and can choose what days and hours they want to do. They also need people to volunteer as appropriate adults for detainees underage.
