A Warwickshire company says apprentices have filled the skills gap
A Rugby company says the apprentices they have taken on over the last decade have allowed them to grow as a business.
It's National Apprenticeship Week and Custom Heat say ten years of taking on young people has meant they can fill a skills gap.
